MULTIBAKE 440-640L H16 The 16 cm high chamber is suitable for baking different types of pizza, bread and pastry products. The 440 model allows the baking of 2 40 x 60 trays while the 640L model is sized to bake up to 4 40 x 60 trays at a time. MULTIBAKE 440-640L H30 The 30 cm high chamber is dedicated to baking bakery and pastry products, including large leavened products, such as Panettone and Pandoro. The 440 model allows the baking of 2 40 x 60 trays while the 640L model is sized to bake up to 4 40 x 60 trays at a time. Both models are available with an integrated optional steamer, are stackable and can be combined to allow for a wider production variety.
